Cream cheese with herbs

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cream cheese (I use plain dairy spread from Jumbo)
  • 50 grams crème fraîche
  • 15 grams chives
  • 10 grams parsley
  • spices: salt, pepper

Instructions

  • Chop up all the fresh herbs
  • Mix the cream cheese and crème fraîche together
  • Mix in the fresh herbs
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Serving tip: baguette with cream cheese, salmon and cucumber
  • Storage: if stored in air tight container, can store up to a week in the fridge
