Ingredients
- 200 grams cream cheese (I use plain dairy spread from Jumbo)
- 50 grams crème fraîche
- 15 grams chives
- 10 grams parsley
- spices: salt, pepper
Instructions
- Chop up all the fresh herbs
- Mix the cream cheese and crème fraîche together
- Mix in the fresh herbs
- Add salt and pepper
- Serving tip: baguette with cream cheese, salmon and cucumber
- Storage: if stored in air tight container, can store up to a week in the fridge
