Ingredients
- carrots
- olive oil
- spices: salt, chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220 C
- Cut the carrots into large pieces (unless you have baby carrots)
- Add carrots, olive oil and spices in an oven dish and mix it all together
- Preferably use a large enough dish, so the carrots are not too clumped up
- Put dish into oven and bake for 30 minutes at least (until carrots start to get slightly burned)
- Combine with base and protein right away, or store in fridge for later use
