Oven-grilled carrots

Ingredients

  • carrots
  • olive oil
  • spices: salt, chili flakes

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 220 C
  • Cut the carrots into large pieces (unless you have baby carrots)
  • Add carrots, olive oil and spices in an oven dish and mix it all together
  • Preferably use a large enough dish, so the carrots are not too clumped up
  • Put dish into oven and bake for 30 minutes at least (until carrots start to get slightly burned)
  • Combine with base and protein right away, or store in fridge for later use
