Oven-baked white fish

Ingredients

  • Thawed white fish
  • Olive oil
  • Spices: salt, pepper
  • Lemon juice (fresh or concentrate)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 175 C
  • Put the white fish in an oven dish
  • Add olive oil and some salt + pepper
  • If feeling fancy, mix up some butter, 1-2 cloves of grated garlic and some minced herbs and spread it on top of the fish
  • Bake until fish comes apart with a fork, around 15-20 minutes
