Ingredients
- Thawed white fish
- Olive oil
- Spices: salt, pepper
- Lemon juice (fresh or concentrate)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 175 C
- Put the white fish in an oven dish
- Add olive oil and some salt + pepper
- If feeling fancy, mix up some butter, 1-2 cloves of grated garlic and some minced herbs and spread it on top of the fish
- Bake until fish comes apart with a fork, around 15-20 minutes
